Note: The Potato Expo and Potatoes USA Winter Meeting are two separate registrations. To attend Potato Expo, you must register with NPC directly. This excludes Potatoes USA Executive Committee Members, who have already been registered for the Expo.

Executive Committee: Arrive before 10:30 AM on Monday, January 2nd, or Sunday, January 1st.
Admin Committee: Arrive on Monday, January 2nd
**All Admin Board Members are expected to attend ALL Committee Meetings**

Hotel Info:
Reservations will be made for all Admin and Exec Committee members and USDA at the Gaylord Rockies based on the information provided while registering.

Potatoes USA does not cover additional nights for Administrative Committee members to stay for Potato Expo. We are happy to make your hotel reservations, but billing will be set up accordingly. The room rate for the Gaylord Rockies is $225/night. If you have questions regarding this, don’t hesitate to contact Caitlin Roberts.

Transportation Info:

Please book your flights through Frosch. Travel agency information is HERE.
Please fly into Denver International Airport (DEN). The Gaylord Rockies is about 15 minutes from the airport.

Ground Transportation/Parking:
